Early production Remington-Beals Navy Model percussion revolver, .36 cal., 7-1/2” octagon barrel, silver finish, wood grips, #22 in overall very good condition with scattered areas of tarnished silver finish, crisp action, goodmarkings, fair to good bore, good grips, small integral rod extension forward of single wing cylinder pin fitting into slot in the rammer lever so pin cannot be withdrawn; per Flayderman’s, only present on first 200 in series of approx.14,500 of this Model produced from 1861-1862; accompanied by a two piece cardboard box with end label “REMINGTON BEAL’S PATENT NAVY REVOLVER” with brass dog and game bird flask.
