Early posthumous casting of American Indian on horseback entitled Addressing the Great Spirit, original by Cyrus Dallin. Approx. 41” in height, showing age and good patina. This piece was acquired by Petersen Galleries inthe 1960’s and could go back as far as the 1930’s or 40’s. Signed in casting “C. E. Dallin 1912” and numbered “10/75” in casting. We have had it examined very closely and measured by Western art experts, of whichseveral agree it is an early and fine copy that is hard to detect from the original.
