Manufactured in 1937 with a hooded ramp front sight with stippled base and elevation adjustable flip up rear sight. The clip slotted cloverleaf tang receiver is matted on both receiver bridges with the front bridge tapped with filler screws and the left rear side tapped with filler screws. The bright polished bolt body is electropenciled to the gun, has a Tilden style safety and a solid bolt knob. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a checkered steel buttplate.

Condition: Excellent, 90% original blue finish with most of the wear concentrated on the muzzle, floor plate and buttplate. There are a few scattered minor scratches and dings. The stock is very good with inletting for the rear receiver sight, scattered scratches and some minor dings.
