The lot features an excellent hand crafted set of early antique hammered copper cookware. The bronze handles on each piece show amazing metal work. Each piece has its own dedicated lid and is in very good condition. All surfaces of the piece including the sides, button and top of the lid are hand hammered showing a wonderful rich variation of bright copper coloring and patina. The set is all matching and complete with three sizes of pots and three sizes of skillets or pans all with the accompanying lids (for a total of individual pieces, lids and pans). These are most likely French in origin and hand crafted. The pans are ready to be displayed or used. The largest pot measures 14"W x 8.5" diameter x 9.5"H. Second largest is 13"W x 7.75" diameter x 9.5"H and the smallest pot is 12.5"W x 7" diameter x 9"H. The largest skillet measures 17.25"W x 10.5" diameter x 4.75"H. The second largest skillet is 16"W x 9.5" diameter x 5.25"H with the smallest skillet being 15"W x 8" diameter x 4"H.
