Featured in this lot we have a set of three firearm manufacturer envelopes originating from the early 20th century. The collection shows three envelopes from three different firearm manufacturing companies. The first of the envelopes shows a Native American is full chiefs garb with the words "Savage Hammerless Rifles & Ammunition Twentieth Century Arms" across the front. The envelope displays a US postage stamp along with a stamped address and postage across the front. The back is stamped "Special Delivery Kansas City". The second piece is an Ithaca Guns envelope with Bob Edwards staring down a shotgun barrel and is titled "Still Boring Ithaca Guns". The back of the envelope shows two diagrams of double barreled shotgun barrels and recerver and is marked "The Narrow Skeleton Rib Tapering Gracefully to the Muzzle - Ithaca Guns- The Double Thick Nitro Breach, Showing 3 Bolts". The third and final piece is a Remington express envelope with the image of Canadian geese flying over two hunters. The piece shows a postage stamp and has the address and Philadelphia post office stamp. The back of the envelope is marked with a stamped Notice across the back. The set show good condition overall with some minor wear and having been opened. The envelopes measure 6 1/2" wide by 3 5/8" tall.
