On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" size 48 manufacturer's tag. Attached below is a "100% NYLON" flag tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves of the jersey is the player number "11" in yellow vinyl. Across the back of the jersey is "EVERETT" in white vinyl on a blue name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the Russell "R" logo. The jersey is autographed on the back number in silver marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
