This is a collection of early 1900's photographs from the Anaconda Copper Mining Company. The A.C.M. Company logged much of what is now the Seeley Lake area to produce lumber for its mining and smelting operations in Butte and Anaconda. These scarce photographs show the sawyers and their teams of horses that overcame the climate and terrain to obtain the lumber. The photographs are in good condition. Exact age is unknown. The frame measures 9.75" x 41.75".
