Two styles were made one used a service type stock and one had a custom made sporting style stock. The development of the Model 54 series rifles coupled with the need to purchase the Model 1903 actions from a government arsenal spelled an early end to the Model 1922. Blade is marked ".045". The barrel has scope blocks and has a Winchester A-5 telescopic sight The 5 power scope has external adjustments and a crosshair reticle.
