TIMED BIDDING: One item will close every 40 seconds until all items are sold. When a bid is received JUST BEFORE the end time BIDDING will be extended by 1 minute from when the last bid is received. This will continue until no bid on that item has been received for 1 minute.
MAXIMUM BIDS: I would suggest that you leave your high bid limit on the items to avoid losing an item if you are unable to watch the items close or due to internet failure - Only the amount needed against other bidders will be used at the going increments up to your top limit.
BIDDER PRIORITY: If you place a bid on an item as an example of $100.00 as your maximum and then later on someone else places a bid of $100.00 on the same item the bidder that placed the first bid at an earlier time will be acknowledged as the winning bidder ... of course if someone places a bid of $110.00 then they become the high bidder.

SMALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED THROUGH CANADA POST -- LARGER ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED... Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.
Packing & Shipping is available for an additional charge of $15.00 for the first item which includes an appropriate shipping container and packing materials, and $5 per additional item, plus the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. International shipments may be subject to customs/import fees/duties and they are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments will require a signature on delivery. Shipping will begin FERRUARY 1, 2024 following the auction end once local pickups and deliveries are sorted out.

Each Internet Buyer must register with
Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM, plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.

PAYMENT AND PICKUP / SHIPPING
PICK LOCATION TO THE AUCTION SITE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE INVOICE EMAILED TO BIDDERS AFTER THE AUCTION...IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE AN INVOICE AFTER THE AUCTION CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
The invoice must be paid in full and merchandise picked up or shipping arrangements made within TWO days of the date of sale. A storage fee will be charged if merchandise is left longer than two (2) weeks of $10.00 per lot per day. If the property is left longer than four (4) weeks, it will be considered abandoned. Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house until the following day.
