Tax ID# on company letterhead with Company Officer Signature. 3- A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added for on-site sales and 14% for on-line sales will be in effect for this auction. 4- Sales Tax will be charged unless the buyer has a dealer's resale certificate that is directly related to the industry that is being sold. 5- Any deletions or additions will be announced by the auctioneer either before or during the auction. 6- All items in the auction are being sold "as-is, where-is and with all faults", without warranties or guarantees.
