Downsizing sale includes mid century modern furniture, an entire train set up including the platforms, diorama, buildings, decor, tracks, electrical and HO trains, German board game, home decor, records and so much more.
Items are sold as is, no refunds.

Local pickup is available from 75D Shep Street Spruce Grove, AB as well as shipping at the buyer's expense.

Items must be picked on specified dates from specified location. Please visit www.sunriseestateservices.ca to book pick up appointment.

Items must be picked up on April 17th or 18th.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Bring assistance to load your items.
