Double cased pair of Philadelphia Deringers, Agent marked “N. Curry & Bro., San Franco, Cala, Agents”, .41 cal., 2-1/2” barrels, double banded breeches, engraved locks, hammers and silver mountings and capcompartment in the butt of each pistol. This pair is in overall good condition showing a dark brown patina to metal surfaces, good actions and markings, fair bores, good stocks to both derringers. The case is old with alater re-lining with compartments for both derringers, one for the iron bullet mold included, one for the wood handled screw driver included, one for the Dixon brass bag shaped powder flask included, a compartmentfor lead balls and two covered compartments, one with a key and the other for percussion caps. The exterior of the case shows some scratches and a couple small losses to the wood venire, brass blank presentation plaque in center of lid. A nice pair of San Francisco Agent marked derringers that show similar condition from being together for many years. Est.: $2,750-$5,500.
