Double barrel over and under percussion pocket pistol signed “I. AD. Kuchenreuter” in silver on the barrel with “In Regensburg” on the bottom barrel. The pistol whip measures 9 ¼” overall with 4” barrel group of approximately .41 caliberrifled in both barrels. The locks are nicely engraved as are the mounts. The stocks are fancy carved and checkered. The bottom of the butt shows a black horn cap. The metal surfaces show a light gray to brown patina finish with considerableoriginal brown and case hardening still showing. The right hammer shows an old break and repair. The condition is generally very good overall. The Kuchenreuter family were royal gun makers. Est.: $2000-$4000
