Double-action pinfire pepper-box revolver of “Apache” style, approx. 7mm pinfire, six-shot, measuring 5” overall with 2-1/2” cylinder/barrel group, engraved, gold plated with checkered wood grips, showing name“Cepnez”. Patent markings on right front of frame. The revolver shows approx. 90-95% of its gold wash finish which is slightly dulling and toning and is probably plated over a silver finish as to the color. Thegrips are good with sharp checkering. An ejector rod is screwed into the butt of the revolver. The front of the frame shows a finger-lever release for loading and also British proofs on each cylinder. The hammer,trigger, and release lever show some slight pitting. The action is good, and generally good to very good overall. Est: $900 - $1,800
