Rare Canadian made baby bottle with embossed nursery rhyme child on a rocking horse picture and rhyme.

This antique clear machine-blown pressed glass baby feeding bottle figures a child on a rocking horse, a measuring ladder up to 8 and the words “I HAD A LITTLE HOBBY HORSE AND IT WAS A DAPPLE GREY, ITS HEAD WAS MADE OF PEA STRAW, ITS TAIL WAS MADE OF HAY. The bottom of this very collectible nursing bottle bears a D inside a diamond and the number 6, indicating that this is a Canadian-produced bottle made by Dominion Glass. Back in the 1920s (according to The Book of Canadian Antiques, 1974, p. 280), there was a series of 12 nursery rhyme bottles produced: rock-a-bye baby, the old woman who lived in a shoe, cat with fiddle and so forth. This is one of these 12 highly collectible baby nursing bottles.
