Earnest Deposit
The successful bidder will be required to make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price including the buyer’s premium. Acceptable payment will include personal or company check with ID or cash. Additionally, each buyer must sign the real estate sales and purchase contract upon the conclusion of the auction. Registration
In order to participate in this “Only At Auction” Accelerated Marketing Event, you must complete and sign the bidder registration form, agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale. For Internet bidding, pre-registration is required at www.naalive.com.
Terms of Sale
Each buyer will be required to sign the acknowledgment “bid and deposit” form after the bidding has ended on each parcel. The runner-up bidder will also be recorded in the event the successful buyer is unable to complete the transaction. This auction will be audio and video recorded.

Closing Date and Real Estate Taxes
All properties will be closed on or before February 27, 2006. Taxes for 2006 will be prorated as of closing. In some instances, closing schedules and/or 1031 Exchanges may require an extended closing time period; therefore, Auctioneers must approve any extension in closing.
