NOTE: This is a Catalogued sale and lots will be sold in catalogue order.
1. REGISTRATION: All bidders shall register to bid in the auction by completing the on-line registration form and acknowledging agreement to the Terms & Conditions of the Internet auction as listed below. All on-line bidders need to be approved by ABSOLUTE AUCTION & REALTY, Inc. (AAR) in order to bid on-line. Please submit your completed registration form as early as possible to assure approval - no later then 12 Noon the day of the auction.
2. PAYMENT: Purchases shall be by credit card only. We accept Visa/MC or Discover only. All accounts shall be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card shall be charged for the total of your purchases. A pre-auction authorization may be performed to establish available credit. However, no purchases will be charged to your card until a purchase is made.
3. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% (fifteen percent) Buyers Premium shall be added to all successful Internet bids to become part of the purchase price. BUYER’S PREMIUM DEFINITION: The Buyer's Premium is that portion of the commission(s) which is being paid by the buyer. It is clearly understood and agreed by both the buyer and the Seller that the Auctioneer and Broker represent the Seller only.
4. All New York State Residents shall be charged New York State Sales Tax unless bidder has filled out a NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE and has such certificate on file with Auctioneer prior to the start of the auction. You may provide a completed copy by facsimile at 845-635-5140. NY State Sales Tax shall be collected from any out of state buyer that is picking up their purchases at THE ABSOLUTE AUCTION CENTER (AAC) located at 45 South Ave. Pleasant Valley, NY 12569.
