Please note this is a revised description: This is an example of a model 1910/21 Bergmann-Bayard semi-automatic pistol as produced by the Belgium company of Anciens Establishment Pieper that carries Danish Army markings on the barrel extension. The right side of the barrel is marked with the "Belgium Lion/P.V." over a "Star/E" proof over the Belgium Perron proof over the circled Liege proof mark. The right rear edge of the frame is also marked with the following Belgium proofs: "Star/E", "Lion/P.V." and Belgium Perron proof marks. The left side of the barrel extension is marked "HAERENS RUSTKAMMER / 1910/21" and the right side has a "crown/DK/43". The serial number (12077) is stamped on the underside of the frame and the left side of the magazine housing has the Bergmann-Bayard logo of the "Knight on Horseback". It is fitted with a two piece set of smooth grips, both of which are stamped (077) on the back sides. The magazine is numbered "9262".

Condition: Excellent. The pistol retains 95% slightly faded original blue finish with some loss at the muzzle and some minor thinning. There is limited pin point pitting. The grips are very fine with some scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
