DWM/Krieghoff Back Frame Inscribed Luger, #6360i, .30 Luger cal., 3-3/4'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, and unmarked tin-plated magazine with walnut base. Back of frame marked ''Krieghoff Suhl'', 1921 chamber date, DWM marked toggle, ''Germany'' marked upside down to forward right edge of upper receiver, pre-war ''(crown)/N'' proofmarks to toggle, upper receiver and barrel. Complete with brown reworked WWI era holster. It is of note that the shorter barrel and smaller caliber were requirements for commercially produced small arms under the Versailles Treaty. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 96% lightly thinning and toning blue. Straw parts retain approx. 60% vivid hues. Grips show moderate flattening. Action is crisp, bore is bright. All visible matching numbers. Holster appears to have been cut down from a Navy or Artillery type holster, as previous stitching along forward edge is from old cleaning rod location. Est.: $3,000-$5,000. (C&R/PPT) (John Siroonian estate)
