The frame retains 25% original bright case colors with the balance having a smooth mottled gray patina. There are a few scattered minor dings in the metal. The grips are a bit ill-fitting and remain very fine with a few minor dings and crisp checkering. The action is in need of some work as the hammer does not hold a full cock position. The markings remain crisp and clear. The modern casecase is very good with a few minor scratches on the exterior and some minor contact wear and fraying of the lining.
