IMPROVEMENT DESCRIPTION: 650,000 bu Grain Storage facility described as follows: 2- 5,000 bu steel overhead
tanks and 6 - 7,500 bu Butler steel tanks with hopper bottoms that empty to a back pit for a total of 55,000 bu capacity. Concrete
driveway with pit that flows directly to the main receiving leg. Driveway is enclosed with metal with 2-14’ overhead
doors. Main leg feeds “drag” conveyors to 2 – 150,000 bu steel tanks and the metal warehouse. The 2 – 150,000 bu steel
tanks have level concrete floors with aeration tubes and drag conveyors located in the floor which take the grain back to the
main house to receive in the back pit. A 100’ by 140’ flat storage concrete floor metal warehouse with 18 ft sidewalls and
large steel beams for support. Drag conveyor on top of the roof extending the length of the building to fill to a 288,000 bu
capacity. Drag conveyors and aeration tubes in floor leaving a level floor for unloading. These conveyors take the grain to
the sides of the warehouse to be elevated into trucks to come back to the main house. Temperature lines are located in the
ceiling. The facility has Hazard Monitor System, temperature monitoring system, Hot Spot by Rolfes Portable Read out
Machine Model SSD77, Monitoring System-Aptec on leg. 20’ x 20’8” scale house/office with probe setup. 100,000 pound,
60 foot platform scale with digital display monitor and electronic printer. Large traffic area off of Hiway #34 to access loading,
