Colt model 1877 Thunderer, .41 caliber double-action revolver, storekeeper’s model, with 3-1/2” barrel, nickel finish, hardrubber grips, serial #22957. The revolver shows 20-40% original nickel evenly drifting andtoning with some erosion and pinprick pitting in the areas where the nickel has lifted. The etched panel is fully visible but light. The metal surfaces are good and show no polishing. The patent dates and barreladdress are sharp, the front sight is its full height. The left grip is good, the right grip has been badly broken and glued. The action is tight, bore is good. All matching visible serial numbers with correct centerpin. Est: $500 - $1,000
