Colt model 1872 .22 caliber seven-shot Opentop revolver, nickel plated, varnish rosewood grips, in its original cardboard box, serial #63142. The revolver shows 95-98% of its original nickel, some minorscratches, some discoloration at front of cylinder, minor firing, slight use. The hammer shows most of its original blue, the varnish wood grips are near excellent with slight edge wear. The box shows a full labeland retains its original tool. The box is showing tears at the seams and opening at the flaps and needs a professional restoration to the corners. The gun’s serial number is penciled to the bottom of the box. Est:$1,500 - $3,000
