Colt Single Action Army revolver, US Cavalry series, .45 caliber, 7-1/2” barrel, returned to arsenal in Spanish American war era for arsenal full blue finish and refurbish. Frame #92349. The triggerguard is #61427. Thebackstrap is unnumbered but shows a “W” at top, just behind hammer well. The barrel is “DFC” and “P” inspected. The cylinder is “RAC” inspected on back with no number or other markings. The bottom left grip isinspected by “RAC”. The revolver retains approx. 40-60% arsenal reblued finish. The grips are very good plus and fit impeccably. The front sight has been slimmed slightly at the top and shows feathering at the front.The action is tight, the bore is excellent, and the revolver shows a light barrel address and light patent dates with light “US”.
