Colt Single Action Army revolver, .45 caliber, 7-1/2” barrel, blue and case hardened finish, hard-rubber grips in original fine to near excellent condition, serial #353190, made approx. 1920-1930. Thebarrel retains 95-98% original bright blue, some slight loss at the edge of the muzzle, some minor scratching and just beginning normal age. The front sight is its full original height and shark-fin shape. Thecylinder shows 95-98% original blue, some slight losses at the edges and a very faint index line. The frame shows 92-96% case hardening with colors subduing slightly, drifting and browning a small amount, butstill very colorful rainbow hues, just not vivid. The hammer shows 80-90% case hardening with good rainbow hues. The backstrap and triggerguard show 95% original blue with some slight thinning. The grips are near finewith some drifting to patina (the back dye is coming out, and this is the hard-rubber natural color). The small parts and screws show bright original blue.
