Colt Single Action Army revolver, .44 Russian cal., 7-1/2" barrel, factory class 3 master engraved with gold bands by Ben Lane, serial #Texan 44R, pre-war markings, shipped to Cherry's Sporting Goods for David Tate August 13, 2004, one gun in shipment with all features and engraving verified by factory letter. The revolver is beautifully engraved simulating the pre-war style which we believe Ben Lane is the most studied andaccomplished engraver working today at this style. The revolver shows his signature beneath the trigger guard screw, the combination of gold lines with blued backgrounds on barrel, breech and rear ofcylinder is very attractive. Also, the one piece ivory grips pre-war markings, caliber and configurations make this Colt unique. The condition is excellent to mint showing no evidence of firing use or handling, 99.9% to new. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
