Manufactured in 1957, the second year of production for the Second Generation Single Action Army revolvers. The top of the barrel is marked with the one line address, the left side is marked "COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .38 SPECIAL" and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. The matching serial number is marked on the bottom of the frame, on the left side of the grip straps under the grip and the matching assembly number "150" is marked on the right rear of the frame and on the loading gate. Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, casehardened frame, blue remaining parts, polished hammer sides and fitted with a set of hard rubber eagle Colt grips.

Condition: Very fine as partially refinished, the cylinder which retains 90% blue finish with some thinning to a smooth gray patina, noticeable drag line and edge wear. The remaining blue parts retain 98% original finish with some muzzle wear. The frame retains 99% original bright case colors. The correct replacement grips are a bit oversized and are excellent. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
