Colt SAA revolver, 44-40 cal., 7-1/2” barrel, nickel finish, checkered hard rubber eagle grips, #125205. This gun is in overall good condition showing approx. 35% original nickel finish with the balance worn to anuncleaned gray patina, scattered areas of erosion and pin prick pitting primarily at the firing areas, three line patent address, matching visible serial numbers, overall good bore and action, grips are worn but overallgood; accompanied by a factory letter that confirms features and indicates this was a one-gun shipment to Collins and Gordon Co., Omaha, Nebraska sent on February 18, 1888.
