Colt 1851 Navy revolver, .36 caliber percussion, London series, with iron backstrap and trigger guard, London address, British proofs, serial #23341. The pistol shows a grayish to brown patina with traces of original finish mixed in. Some scattered light to moderate erosion and pinprick pitting. The cylinder shows 75-85% original cylinder scene with engagement dates still legible. There is a noticeable scratch on the forward part of the cylinder and a few other minor marks. The grips are good to very good with a small loss at the toe. Normal wear, minor imperfections and aging. All matching visible serial numbers. The action is not revolving. Very good interior. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
