Colt 1851 Navy 3rd Model U.S.N. variation with New York address, large iron trigger guard and iron back strap marked “U.S.N.” with “J.L.H.” inspections below, S/N 59713. Dark brown patina finish showing no cleaningand in “as found condition”. Many marks and scratches on the barrel consistent with military use and storage. Good barrel address and frame markings with slight traces of scene. The grips are almost good with lossesat butt some large chips missing. A couple of nipples are beaten down from firing and use. The action is not revolving but is cocking. A desirable variation that probably saw battle use possibly at sea. (Antique) Est.:$2000-$4000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
