A) Top of barrel is marked "ORBEA HERMANOS EIBAR" with "CSA" on the barrel underside and left side of frame under the grip. According to Smith and Curtis' book/ THE PINFIRE SYSTEM, a number of pinfire revolvers were stamped "CSA" by a western arms importer in the 1950s in order to increase their value from $2.50 to $7.50 each (pages 99-101).

Condition: Good. The metal surfaces have been cleaned bright and there is some minor pitting. The undersized grips are very good with some scattered edge chipping and some minor handling marks.

B) LeFaucheux Brevete marking on left barrel flat with Liege ELG proof on cylinder, two piece grips, and lanyard ring on the butt.

Condition: Fair. The revolver has a smooth brown-gray patina with traces of original blue remaining on the cylinder. There is some minor pitting and hammer has been repaired. The grips are poor with some chipping near the grip straps and around the screw with numerous minor dings and scratches. Mechanically good.
