A) Damascus barrel with sighting groove marked "JOHN BLISSETT 321 HIGH HOLBORN LONDON" and lock plate marked "JOHN BLISSETT". Scroll engraved fish hammer, lock, trigger guard, breech plug and barrel tang. Hammer safety, belt hook and swivel iron ramrod. Stock has checkering on the grip area.

Condition: Very good. The barrel retains traces of the Damascus pattern with a smooth gray patina with a darker patina on the remaining metal surfaces. Streaks of original blue finish remain on the trigger guard and traces of original case colors remain in the protected areas of the lock. The revarnished stock is good with a number of minor pressure dents on the butt and some minor handling marks. Overall checkering is crisp.
- B) Damascus barrel stamped "London FINE WIRE TWISTED" on the top flat with gold and silver bands at the breech and lock plate stamped "Lewis & Tomes". Floral scroll engraved fish hammer, barrel tang, bolster, lock plate, trigger guard and butt cap. Silver furniture with cap compartment and iron belt hook. Smooth stock with a silver inlay of two doves on the left side. Consignor notes state pistol was once part of a collection owned by noted firearms expert Norm Flayderman.

Condition: Very good. The barrel retains traces of the Damascus pattern with a smooth brown-gray patina with the lock and hammer having a smooth dark patina. The silver is fine. The refinished stock is very good with a repaired chip near the lock and some minor handling marks. Mechanically functions, but does not stay at full cock.
