Collector's Lot of Two Derringer Style Percussion Pistols

A) German silver blade front and notch rear sights, with "DERINGER/PHILADELA" and "P" on the breech. The address is repeated on the lock, with scrollwork on the hammer, lock, accent plate, reverse plate and trigger guard, leaf designs on the forearm tip and tang, pineapple finial, and a "WA" monogram on the inscription shield. Checkered birds head stock with a German silver tipped ramrod and teardrop shaped buttplate.

Condition: Fair, with a mixed gray patina overall. Stock is fair as repaired with areas of filler, minor cracking, sharp checkering and attractive grain. A small hole is present in the head of the hammer, otherwise mechanically good.
- B) Brass blade and notch sights with a set of crossed scepter proofs on the underside of the barrel, "S" on the upper left, a burst design on the bolster, floral screws, and light scroll engraving on the tang and trigger guard. Checkered Schnable-tip stock, with German silver furniture.

Condition: Very good, with traces of the original twist pattern on the barrel, and a mixed brown and gray patina overall. The stock is also very good, with some light dents and scratches. Mechanically functions but is very stiff.
