A) Manufactured in 1867. One line barrel address, "COLTS/PATENT" on the left side of the frame and "36 CAL" on the left trigger guard shoulder. Matching visible numbers and fitted with a one-piece varnished walnut grip.

Condition: Refinished. The barrel has a smooth artificial brown patina overall. The brass has a mottled aged patina. The grip is good with some lower edge wear, several dings on the bottom and overall some minor dents and scratches. The barrel address is faint. The action is fine.
- B) Manufactured in 1870. Standard markings and features. Matching visible numbers and fitted with a smooth varnished walnut grip.

Condition: Good. The metal surfaces have a dark brown patina with scattered hints of blue finish on the barrel and some scattered light oxidation. The cylinder scene is partially visible. The brass has a dark aged patina with traces of aged original silver plating in the protected areas. The hammer spring is weak and the action needs work. The grip is very good with some lower edge wear and a few scattered minor dents and handling marks. Unless noted above the markings are clear.
