Classic English big-bore double rifle in .577 express by Daniel Fraser and Co. of Edinburgh, Scotland. The rifle measures approx. 44-1/4” overall with 28” barrel. The rifle shows two-leaf folding rear sight and removable front sight. The action is nicely scalloped and engraved in bank-note motif. The gun is stocked in figured walnut, nicely checkered. The rifle shows automatic ejectors, and an English leather recoil type pad with horned forend cap and slings for European swivels. The rifle is numbered 3015 on the triggerguard and shows an excellent quality refurbish with 98% blue on barrels, triggerguard, and bottom of action. Sides of action lightly polished to grey and shows double safety mechanism on tang and Fraser’s patent on lever. The action is tight, the bores are very good. The gun is contained with its original to the period oak case with brass furniture showing Fraser trade label in lid. With nickel plated accessories, snap caps, sling swivels, and other small accessories. The case is in good condition with some scuffs, small losses at the edges, normal aging. Est: $20,000 - $40,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
