Civil War era Sharps & Hankins Naval carbine, .52 cal., 24” leather wrapped barrel, wood butt stock, #9315 in overall very good condition with the majority of its leather barrel covering remaining intact, grey patina to metal surfaces, brass butt plate with “8” engraved on top, crisp action, sharp markings, very good bore, good wood stock with scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage; hard-to-find example with this much of the leather covering remaining.
