For the Property located at 43 Anderson Crescent - we require a $10,000 deposit within 24 hours of the completion of the sale of the house (which will be auctioned at 3:00 pm MST - 2:00 pm PST). Therefore, the deposit would have to be provided to the Realtor Brian Rhodes at Remax Blue Sky Realty in Cranbrook by Monday morning.

Please Note: If you are bidding online for larger, heavy items, the freight costs could be considerable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Arrangements will have to be made for trucking or courier - costs for this transportation will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Also, as we are holding this auction in the Cranbrook Curling Rink, all items have to be removed by Monday morning.

All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk.
The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the auction.
N.S.F. cheques or stoppage of payment will be turned over to legal authorities and all costs will lie at the Purchaser’s expense.
All bidders are bound by their signature on the Bidder’s Registration Contract.
