Offered for biding in this lot is an Adlake-Kero Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul & Pacific Railroad kerosene lantern. This lantern manufactured between 1921-1923 is stamped on the ventilator with "C. M. ST. P. & P.R.R" and on the reverse side with "The Adams & Westlake CO.". The globe is simply etched "CMSTP&P", and the bottom of the lantern is stamped "Adlake-Kero 2-39 - U.S.A. - *Patent Numbers in photos* - Canada - 1921 -1923 - PATS. Pending", the glass is also embossed with "CNX". The all around condition of this lamp is good, especially for the age. The globe however, displays a crack, and the high temp paint has come off in scattered spot, causing slight patina. The piece measures approximately 15" tall, 7 1/2" at its widest, and 6" across at the base.
