A) This pair of revolvers have matching floral scroll engraving on the trigger guard and top of the back strap. They are signed on the left side of the front and back straps with the "JA" signature of John Adams. Fitted with a nicely figured smooth one piece walnut grip. Comes with an early tan box with 1851 navy outline numbered to the gun, a Colt walnut two gun case lined in blue velvet, an empty cap tin, a bullet mold, a nipple wrench/screwdriver and a powder flask.

Partially refinished (grip straps), all of the original blue finish remains with a faint drag line on the cylinder and some minor handling/storage marks. The casehardened components retain all of the fiery case colors with a few small areas of discoloration and some light handling/storage marks. The grip is excellent. The box is excellent. The case is excellent and the accessories are all excellent.

B) Similar to and consecutively numbered to the "A" gun. With an early tan 1851 Navy outline box numbered to the gun.

The casehardened components retain all of the fiery case colors with a few light handling/storage marks. The grip straps retain 99% of the silver plated finish with sharp engraving. One screw is slightly marred. The grip is excellent. The box is excellent.
