Cased Belgian-made Browning Diana Grade O/U shotgun, two barrel set, 12 gauge, deluxe checkered wood stocks, #66885. The first set of barrels are numbered to this gun, are 30” ventilated rib barrels that are ported and choked IM over IC; the finish is approx. 98% mat black and appears to be a professionally accomplished restoration; the bores are fine and the fore stock is fine with several minor scratches and mars from carry and storage. The second set of barrels are also numbered to this gun, are 28” ventilated rib barrels that are ported and both choked CYL; the finish is approx. 97% original black, the bores are fine and the wood fore stock is also fine with a couple minor scratches. The receiver is fully and finely engraved with 4 panel game scenes, the action is crisp and the checkered butt stock is fine with a finely grained wooden “sleeve” to which a “K-EEZ” hard rubber butt pad has been attached; distance from the front of the trigger (a trigger shoe has been added) to the end of the wood sleeve is 13-1/8” and is 14” from the trigger to the end of the butt pad. The Browning factory case is in overall fine condition. A beautiful Diana Grade two barrel set that has been well-cared for by the consignor. Est.: $4,000-$8,000.
