Carved wooden peg, approx. 5-3/4” from tip to tip, painted block letters Col. Burr’s mark, Weahawk, July 11, 1804. Professionally framed in old American 19th century frame, acquired by Col. Orbelo over 35 years ago. No information or authentication but believed to be the peg or mark where Burr stood in his famous duel with Alexander Hamilton where Hamilton was killed. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
