Shipping & handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly. Packing & Shipping are available for an additional charge of $10.00 per ITEM, plus the cost of an appropriate shipping container and the actual cost from Canada Post for mailing. All shipments will be charged to your credit card or sent via Canada Post C.O.D. All shipments will require a signature on delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Each Internet Buyer must register with Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service prior to bidding. The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold, plus 2) A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 20%, plus 3) 5% Goods & Services sales tax.
ACCEPTANCE :
The purchaser is legally liable to pay for the item or pay the difference if we must re offer and sell the item for a lower price.
REGULATION OF BID:
The Auctioneer shall regulate the bidding and shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes. Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service reserves the right to withdraw items listed at any time before the sale and reject a bid from any bidder. Some items may be subject to an undisclosed reserve. When the reserve is not met the item will be shown as: NOT SOLD (BIDDING OVER). The HIGH BID will be shown but as the undisclosed reserve was not met it will be declared NOT SOLD.
ONLINE BIDDING:
Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service will not be liable for malfunctions, errors or omissions (hardware, software, electronic, human or otherwise), whether or not due to Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service fault or negligence, resulting in the inaccurate transmittal of bids, the failure to execute bids or any other irregularity.
PAYMENT:
The invoice must be paid in full by EMT (Electric Money Transfer / E – Transfer) , Wire Transfer, Cash, or Valid Credit Card within 48 hours after the auction close. CASH ONLY AT MEYERS AUCTIONS BUILDING OR ONSITE AUCTION LOCATIONS … No Interac or Credit Card payments available.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE AT THE CONCLISION OF THE AUCTION WITHIN 48 HOURS CHECK YOUR SPAM / JUNK MAIL FOLDERS AS INVOICES SOMETIMES GO TO THOSE FOLDERS.
PICKUP / SHIPPING:
The invoice must be paid in full and merchandise picked up DURING THE PICKUP DATES AND TIMES INDICATED or shipping arrangements made within TWO days of the date of sale. A storage fee will be charged if merchandise is left longer than two (2) weeks of $10.00 per lot per day. If the property is left longer than THE FINAL PICKUP TIMES NOTED BELOW it will be considered abandoned -- unless prior arrangements in writing have been made ... Items won online cannot be picked up from the auction house / onsite location until the following day unless earlier time are noted below.

RISK OF LOSS: All goods become the responsibility of the bidder / purchaser immediately upon the fall of the hammer or sale of an item in the customary manner. In the event of loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason while in Meyers Auctions possession, Meyers Auctions & Appraisals Service shall not be deemed liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser. Any and all items purchased should immediately be added to the bidders / purchaser’s insurance policy(s).
When items are shipped via Canada Post or Private Courier Meyers Auctions accepts no responsibility for any loss due to fire, theft, damage or loss by Canada Post or the Courier for any reason. WE DO OUR BEST TO PACK BUT UNDERSTAND THAT ANY BREAKAGE OF ITEMS IS NOT COVERED. EVERYTHING SHIPPED AT BIDDER / PURCHASER'S OWN RISK -- NO REFUNDS AT ALL.
