OF CIVIL WAR MINIE BALLS. Bridle cutter pike was part of captured munitions burned on train in Watery Swamp, SC by Union General Potter in 1864. There are over 200 excavated bullets of many types, most unfired 58 caliber US 3-ringers, but mix of CS too, over 15 pounds. CONDITION: pike is among the best of the many found, still retains top ferrule & sheet metal sheathing, iron patina, heavy pitting. Bullets & minies are average good for dug up Civil War lead.
