The credit card you supplied to iCollector will be charged unless you have provided another method of payment. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with Visa or Mastercard or EMT at the conclusion of the auction. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE: All purchasers of firearms & ammo will require a Firearms Possession License issued by the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario under the authority of the Firearms Act Statutes of Canada.
All restricted firearms will have their transfer started asap. Transfer by the CFO may take weeks. Purchasers will be contacted upon completion to arrange pick up/delivery/post. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size. We ship at cost.
