Items that are purchased and paid for will be packed and shipped. The buyer will be responsible for all packing and shipping charges. The cost of the actual shipping receipts will be sent with the purchase.
Payment Details:
Payment in full will be due upon completion of auction and/or receipt of invoice. The credit card or payment method specified at the time of registration will be processed. If you wish to pay by means other than credit card, please ensure you specify your preferred payment method when registering, otherwise the credit card provided will be used as the default payment method. No exceptions.

1. Online bidder registration information must be kept up to date and accurate, and finances must be in place for any purchases before any bid is placed.

7. After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Schmalz Auctions are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.
7. Packing and shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Receipts will be sent via email.
8.All bidders are responsible to notify Schmalz Auctions immediately of shipping/pick up instructions for their items or they will be shipped with lowest shipping options. We request that bidders call or email to inquire shipping costs.

If you leave an absentee bid or proxy bid online, your bid will be collected at the same time as live floor bids at the time of the auction.Please note that "LIVE ONLINE" or "FLOOR" bids take priority over proxy bids in all situations. In the event of a tie in the bidding, the winning bid will awarded to the floor bidder in all situations.
