Big cats – cougar and lynx - and plentiful lobos! Don’t miss this opportunity to hunt British Columbia predators in an area that has lots of them! Stewart and Sabrina Fraser provide this winter adventure hunting behind hounds in the mountains of wildlife management unit 5-13 – west of Quesnel, British Columbia. Hunter will pursue all of the predators listed above depending on the conditions at the time of the hunt. This 2x1 hunt is scheduled for 2012 but may be deferred until 2013. Hunt may be upgraded to include additional hunters ($8,500) and/or non-hunters ($150 per day). Travel during this hunt will be by truck, snowmobile and by foot. Hunter is responsible for license, and tags (approximately $600). Additionally, hunter is responsible for governmental Cities permit fees as necessary and required government trophy inspection fees (approximately $300 if all animals are taken). Hunt arrival and departure point is Prince George, British Columbia. Accommodations during the hunt will be cabins with full amenities including cook house and inside lavatories with hot showers. Hunter may choose his weapon – rifle, bow or muzzleloader. Chapter President, Al Krey took a 200 pound cougar with a 15 ½ inch skull using bow and arrow on this hunt in 2009 and Dennis Williams (purchased this hunt at NE MI SCI auction in 2010) harvested a 200 pound Cat on this hunt in December 2010.
