Brevette or European copy of a Colt Model 1851 Navy S/N 101093 showing a near perfect Colt New York address and patent markings on the frame. The area behind the wedge port shows a small star and 2 proof mark. Accurate dimensions and an extremely close copy with closely copied naval engagement cylinder scene. In very good plus to almost fine condition showing 40%-60% original blue and case colors with sharp edges and crisp metalsurfaces. The grips show 70%-80% varnish with minor storage marks and slight imperfections. All matching visible serial number. This one would fool some collectors as being a Colt product let alone novicesthat had not viewed a Colt. (Antique) Est.: $800-$1600

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
