Brand New. Hand-operated lever-action drum pump delivering up to 9.5 oz per stroke. The adjustable three-section suction tube fits 5–55 gallon drums with 1.5-inch and 2-inch NPT openings. Constructed from durable PP and ABS plastic for transferring water, alcohol, antifreeze, DEF, acids, alkalis and other compatible corrosive liquids. Includes a discharge hose, clamp, sealing gasket and PTFE tape.

2. Condition of lots
All items are sold “as found” — in whatever condition they exist at the time of sale. We provide photos and descriptions as a guide only. Vancouver Liquidation does not warrant the condition, age, authenticity, merchantability, or fitness of any lot for any purpose.
3. Bidding and the contract
Placing the highest accepted bid creates a binding contract between the Buyer and Vancouver Liquidation.
Vancouver Liquidation may: refuse any bid, change the order of lots, combine or split lots, or withdraw items at any time.
The Auction has sole discretion to determine winning bids and reasonable bid increments.
4. Price calculation and taxes
Hammer price = final accepted bid.
Buyer’s Premium: 18% of the hammer price is charged to the Buyer.
Taxes: Applicable sales taxes (GST/PST/HST) are calculated on the invoice and must be paid by the Buyer.
The total amount due = Hammer price + Buyer’s Premium + Taxes + any shipping/handling charges.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full within 24 hours of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, cash.
Title and ownership remain with Vancouver Liquidation until full payment clears. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the sale, relisting, and additional fees.
6. Shipping and pickup
Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping. We do not assume responsibility for third-party carriers.
All lots must be removed by the pickup deadline listed for the auction. Items not removed by the deadline will become the property of Vancouver Liquidation unless prior written arrangements are made.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the lot is announced sold and/or when the Buyer takes possession, whichever occurs first.
7. Refunds and complaints
Refunds are exceptional and considered only if a written request, including photographs and description of the issue, is submitted within 5 days of the auction close. Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.
Vancouver Liquidation reviews each claim and will respond with its decision; our decision is final.
8. Resale, reproduction and intellectual property
Buyers assume full responsibility if they resell, reproduce, display, or otherwise exploit any purchased item. This includes responsibility for obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, clearances, or paying royalties.
Buyers shall not imply endorsement by any production, show or brand associated with items sold unless they hold written authorization.
9. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyers agree to indemnify and hold Vancouver Liquidation, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from the Buyer’s purchase, possession, use, transport, or resale of purchased items.
Buyers accept all risk of bodily injury, property damage or other loss related to purchased lots.
10. Personal information and communications
By registering and bidding you consent to receive emails and communications relating to invoices, pickups and auction notices. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Default and remedies
If a Buyer fails to pay or collect after winning a lot, Vancouver Liquidation may cancel the sale, retain any deposits, pursue collection and legal remedies, relist the lot, and/or charge storage, recovery or administrative fees.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of BC courts.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vancouver Liquidation regarding auction purchases.
