A rare piece appears to be a lead crystal base with either Cranberry or Ruby Glass overlay (sandwhich glass) the design is cut or etched to clear. Red colo is created by amout of gold mixed in before the crystals are fired to cause them too bond. Then peice was cut through to and into clear base. From 1800 to 1889.

Grading: Every person has their own opinion. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade to their own satisfaction before they bid. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
Returns: Internet buyers are entitled to a return within 3 days of receipt of items. In order to return an item, we must be notified of your intent to return within that 3 day period. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price with a minimum charge of $10. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned in the same holder and condition as they were sold to qualify for refund.
