Almost Art Nouveau in appearance, paneled sides with pierced work, fluted edge, heavy quality, old monogram that is fancy that I believe to be LVV for Lottie Van Vleck, retailed by Black Starr & Frost, heavy sterling, number 3047, the this is a small compote that could be used either for candy, flowers, fruit, sliced pastries, just about anything you would want. 6 1/2" wide by 1 3/4" tall. This has a look of around 1900.

Fourth: Shipping. We will try and work with you on shipping. On small objects, we can pack them here with bubble wrap and UPS ship to you. Be forewarned, UPS charges extra to deliver to residences , and now with fuel charges up, surcharges are in effect. If is not possible to quote an exact rate until the item or items are boxed and weighed, or dimensional weight is determined.
